Once you purchase an assessment from us, we will send you a document in PDF format describing the task that your candidate is to perform during the assessment. Whenever you are ready, simply send them the PDF.

We recommend sending the PDF no more than 5 minutes before your session is about to start. Ensure the the candidate is sharing their screen and the session is recorded. Zoom should work fine for this.

We recommend only having the candidate present; a good assessment mirrors a developer's actual day to day workflow as closely as possible.

When viewing the recording the candidate made in the previous section, use the provided assessment guide + checklist to help you come to an informed decision about your candidate.

One of our experienced industry vets, who helped design the assessment, will review the recordings provided by your candidates and provide their detailed findings in a convenient report that will be emailed to you.
